Pro Steel Management is the result of the creative spirit of its founder and president, Gabriel Hébert. After completing his bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the Université de Sherbrooke and obtaining the title of engineer, he immediately joined the world of steel. Through his experience as a project manager for a company specializing in structural steel fabrication, and as a design engineer, Gabriel quickly saw the gaps in this market.

For most small and medium-sized steel fabricators, certain services essential to the realization of steel buildings are generally not available in-house. These may include essential services such as the design and layout of the structure itself, or the production of fabrication drawings for the various steel elements that make up the structure. Companies must then call on subcontractors, sometimes more than one, to carry out each of these tasks. Many of these companies, particularly in the current economic climate, are struggling to fill positions that may be available in-house. Pro Steel Management is a key partner in bridging these gaps. To achieve this, a full range of services is offered, from design and layout to shop drawings, estimating and management of the construction project itself.
